This juice is a rich source of vitamins A, B and E and packed with minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and zinc. It also contains essential amino acids that can supplement the bodyΓÇÖs daily needs. Being a young green plant, the grass juice contains chlorophyll that cleanses the organs and detoxifies the blood. It is also a rich source of fiber, aiding digestion, flushing away toxins and speeds up ones metabolism. There have also been studies showing that the fresh juice directly applied on the skin reduces blemishes and sunspots as well as tightening the skin. Since the juice is already predigested by the juicer, the health benefits are easily absorbed by the body.

Drinking wheatgrass juice at a rate of about two ounces, three or four times a week is a good start. There is no need to rush as it can also have side effects such as nausea when taken in large portions. Even as a health drink, too much of a good thing can have bad results.
